We are not able to estimate the time until we are able to offer a place for your child however you can check your child’s current position on our joining list using the search function below. This search function provides an indication of your child’s current position on the joining list and does not correspond directly to waiting time – the only thing we can say with certainty is that position 1 will be the next to be offered a place and the higher the position number the longer the wait is likely to be.

The position on the joining list is calculated on a first come first served basis across all young people who are the correct age for a place in each section today. Where any North group or any South group options have been selected these young people are considered only once and allocated the highest position available to them. This means that the current position is not an exact science and can go down as well as up.
