Privacy notice: All personal data collected via this form is used exclusively for the purposes of adding your child’s name to the District joining list. By submitting this form you give us your consent to hold and process this data for this purpose (if you do not give your consent please do not submit this form). This personal data will be retained until a period of 3 years has elapsed after your child has been offered a place in one of our Scout Groups before being deleted from our systems. We do not share personal data with third parties other than when your child is to be offered a place at a group, we need to share the data with the receiving Scout Group to facilitate this.
