We operate a simple pricing structure with a single per night charge for use of the indoor accommodation of Warren Cottage (including up to 23 people) or a per person per night charge for camping. The camping charge includes camp fees and the use of toilet facilities and our pan wash room.

Note: If you book Warren Cottage you will still only pay for camper numbers greater than 23 regardless of where they stay on site. (i.e. if you are only using the building for catering and activities and your group will all be camping outside the additional charge will only be for any numbers over 23)

Minimum charges

In order to ensure that we cover the costs of use of the campsite, we operate minimum charge per group of £40 per night (this is reduced to £30 per night for Stockton, Thornaby & District Scouts).

Please note that the term “per night” means a 24 hour period or any part thereof calculated from when your Group/Party arrives on site.

Deposits

In order to secure your booking we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid, the deposit rates are:

Warren Cottage: £100

Camping: £40 (this is reduced to £30 per night for Stockton, Thornaby & District Scouts)
