Love adventure, teamwork, and helping young people grow? We’re looking for enthusiastic adult volunteers to join our Explorer Scout Units and help deliver fun, challenging activities for 14–18-year-olds. No Scouting background required — just energy, reliability, and a sense of adventure!

As an Explorer Scout Leader, you’ll help young adults build confidence, skills for life, and unforgettable memories through activities like outdoor adventures, expeditions, skills nights, and social events. You’ll be fully supported with training, a friendly team, and flexible volunteering that fits around work or family life.
